TriestEspresso Expo 2026, at<\/p>\n<p>Booth 22 in Hall 28 bis of the Trieste Generali Convention Center. For the brand, part of SEB<\/p>\n<p>Professional, it was an opportunity to focus on what has driven it for over a century: product<\/p>\n<p>innovation, technological partnerships and coffee culture.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>The debut of La 125 Element<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The show was the stage for the official debut of La 125 Element, the new model that extends<\/p>\n<p>the La 125 family with an essential configuration, focused on what really matters in daily<\/p>\n<p>work. Reliability, operational simplicity and extraction consistency for roasters and<\/p>\n<p>professionals who look for quality in the cup and a competitive investment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Espresso Station: technology at the service of the barista<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the stand, the Espresso Station: an integrated ecosystem built around the La<\/p>\n<p>125 Multi Boiler together with three technology partners. BibeCoffee with telemetry to<\/p>\n<p>monitor and analyse data, Perfect Moose with automated milk preparation, and PUQ Press<\/p>\n<p>with electric tamping at constant pressure. A simple idea: technology doesn\u2019t replace the<\/p>\n<p>barista, it enhances their skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Masterclasses, tastings and competitions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The stand was also a place to meet. Carmen Clemente, World Latte Art Champion and La<\/p>\n<p>San Marco Brand Ambassador, led demonstrations on the Italian cappuccino, Latte Art,<\/p>\n<p>Choco Art and Cappuccino Painting, and challenged visitors with the La San Marco wheel.<\/p>\n<p>Francesco Costanzo, Brand Ambassador, together with Andrej Godina, Coffee Expert,<\/p>\n<p>guided roasters and baristas through the Signature Espresso Experience and the Espresso<\/p>\n<p>Tasting, with different extractions and tests on their own blends.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b>Beyond the stand<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La San Marco supported professionals as Technical Sponsor of the SCA North selections<\/p>\n<p>and of the presentation of the 2027 Guide to Italian Coffee and Roasters, where the La San<\/p>\n<p>Marco Special Award for the best roaster went to Torrefazione Bontadi.
