San Marco has always developed its creations by linking them to coffee culture and coming to be recognized as the undisputed leader in the lever machine sector. Today it is pleased to share the video produced by the Campania Region, as an integral part of the candidacy dossier for “Neapolitan coffee culture between ritual and sociality” as Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Region itself. This is with the ultimate goal of initiating, together with the Ministry of Agricultural Food and Forestry Policies, the procedure to apply for the prestigious UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage recognition.
The video tells the story of Neapolitan coffee through evocative images of the city and its traditions. Exciting footage also guides us inside the famous Gran Caffè Gambrinus, with the great coffee masters at work on the unparalleled La San Marco lever machines.
