San Marco signs the biggest relaunch of the lever machine

Once again this year, the historic Gradisca d’Isonzo-based company was at the 40th edition of Host Milano, the Ho.Re.Ca. industry’s main trade fair, to showcase its latest product innovations.

Covering an area of more than 160 m2, La San Marco welcomed its many visitors from all over the world with important new products dedicated to both the world of traditional lever machines and automatic ones, in an exhibition that alternated the great classics that have made the brand famous worldwide with the most current proposals. Two major innovations were on display: Leva Luxury, the fascinating lever machine covered in transparent glass, which for the first time literally laid the espresso machine bare, and the new centesimal ring nut, which guarantees adjustment with hundredths of a millimeter precision for the La San Marco range of grinders. Accompanying the presentation of the novelties to the public at Host 2017, the La San Marco team was, as is tradition by now, joined by a special guest: this was Daniele Salvatori, a professional coffee trainer and owner of the Uba360 school for barmen and baristas, who alternated between lever and automatic machines, offering excellent coffee preparations and training moments dedicated to Italian espresso coffee, extraction methods and entertaining guests with his unique Latte Art technique.
