The EICH 2025 International Finals, organized by the Istituto Espresso Italiano (IEI), took place on October, 19th during Host Milano, the leading international trade fair for the hospitality industry, hosted at the La San Marco booth.

The competition brought together some of the most talented baristas in the world, all competing for the title of Espresso Italiano Champion 2025.
